Shipping policy
- We ship using EMS and DHL.
- Shipments are dispatched within 5 days after purchase.
- The shipping fee is a flat rate of ¥4,700 yen.
- If you are not at home and the product is not received, and the storage period has passed, the product will be returned to Japan. If that happens, you will have to pay a separate and additional shipping fee if you wish to have your order resent from Japan.
- Please note that the purchase price does NOT cover import taxes, customs duties, and other local fees that your delivery may incur. These are different for each country, and we have no control over them. Please consult your local customs authority for details.
